ALT-POP, LAID-BACK JAZZ & CELLO MOODS: NEW RELEASES

Energetic pop and alt-pop, laid-back jazz, tense drill, orchestral hybrids, and cello moods.

Energetic pop with upbeat synths, stomping drums, lead female vocal, deep bass and intimate piano. A full range of moods, from emo and ethereal to bold and powerful.

Cool, laid-back jazz with a swinging rhythm section and vibraphone solos, smooth trumpet and sax melodies. Drummer Jeff Lardner and composer Mark Allaway bring plenty of stylish Latin and 1960s grooves.

Classically trained Sam Wedgwood creates a fun, frolicking world. Whimsical and dainty, cheeky and amusing, comedic, jaunty bassoon with playful pizzicato strings joins lumbering bowed bass, xylophone and inquisitive woodwind.

Hypnotic, tense drill with eerie keys and synth hooks, male rap vocals, grimy bass and hard-hitting drill drums, from Sean Allan, aka songwriter and producer Skripture featuring upcoming London-based beats producer JX.

LA-based Jordan Sherman joins forces with vocalist Zoe Nicole Giosa-Hirsch to create emotion-filled alt-pop, from upbeat and feel-good to down-tempo ballads, with shimmering guitars, energetic synths, forward-moving piano, eclectic drums and claps.

Ivor Novello award-winners The Flight’s dark, tense epic, recorded in their Brick Lane Studio and at Vienna’s Syncron studios, blends their trademark electronic production with huge strings and brass.

Acclaimed cellist and composer Ayanna Witter-Johnson, and composer/producer Chris Warner, create cello moods and emotions from urgent and tense to captivating and quirky, reflective to sorrowful. Strings, piano and percussion add extra depth.

Dan Leary is a producer/songwriter for pop artists and brands. This floor-filling album combines eclectic styles: Nu disco pop, pop house, and dancehall with high energy synths, punchy drums, live brass and catchy, inspirational lead vocals.
